Introduction

This accessibility statement applies to the website of Mousehole Wild Bird Hospital Cornwall. This website is run by Mousehole Wild Bird Hospital Cornwall. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.

The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, to give its full title, came into force on 23 September 2018. It aims to ensure websites and mobile apps are accessible to all users, especially those with disabilities.

Issues with images, video and audio

There are a small number of images on the website that don’t have alternative text. For some that do, the alternative text isn’t as relevant and helpful as it could be.

Not all of our video content has captions.

Form issues

Our forms do not currently have unique page titles as the user moves from page to page; some forms have headings which some assistive technology incorrectly reads out.

Exemptions
