At Mousehole Wild Bird Hospital we are seeking volunteers to support the daily cleaning and operating of our hospital site for our 2026 season. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting our Bird Care Team in providing the best quality of care to our patients and community.
We have a variety of opportunities for volunteers including.
Volunteering in Aviaries
Assisting with Telephone Enquiries
Gardening and Site Maintenance
Fundraising and Event Support
The role requires you to be at least 18 years old, have a reasonable fitness level and be willing to work outdoors in all weathers. Volunteers must be confident working with wild birds and have a general interest in animal welfare.
