Triage finding	Blocked Cloaca - scabbed over and solid. Uncomfortable for patient when touched. R wing - bone underneath sticking out . Possibly healed broken wind fused incorrectly. Wing tips all in poor condition. Some snapped. Not fully assessed, as vet visit seemed most appropriate with wing and cloaca.
Outcome	25/08/25 - Euthanised due to injuries.
