Our little Puffling patient is doing wonderfully and loves spending his time watching the world go by.
After a worrying spell when he lost his appetite and began to lose weight, treatment for parasites and some fresh sandeels have helped him get back on track. We’re delighted to see his appetite return and his cheeky personality shining through once again.
He’s still wary of people, exactly as he should be, but when he thinks nobody is watching, he’s busy exploring and behaving just like a wild puffin.
He also seems to enjoy being near one of our gull aviaries. The familiar sights and sounds may help him feel a little closer to home while he continues his rehabilitation journey.
We’re so proud of this little one and the progress he’s making every day.
